Each meeting folder is named according to YYMM_Xyz where YY is the last two digits of the year, MM is the month of the meeting, and Xyz is derived from the meeting town, first three characters. Each meeting folder has, in principle, its document list YYMM_Xyz.html. For example, 2001-2004/0408_San contains all the input/output documents of the joint Rapporteur meeting held in San Jose during 30 August - 3 September 2004. Its document list is found as 0408_San.html. 5/ "Incoming" directory is for members to upload their contributions that would be moved to the destination directory according to the meeting. ----------
